The Proof Nightclub in Southeast Denver attracts a younger crowd Thursday through Saturday nights and has for more than 30 years.  It has one of the best dance floors of any nightclub in the Denver area.

On Friday evenings from 5 to 8 p.m. The Proof attracts adult singles by offering a full roast beef buffet plus a taco bar for only $3.  Items are prepared in the adjacent Fresh Fish Company Restaurant, rated as one of the top seafood restaurants in Denver.  Multiple items include fresh fruits and breads,roast beef, pasta, rice, potatos, green beans and occasionally seafood items. One drink minimum with the buffet.

During the Happy Hours Buffet, music of the 60's through 90's is played for dancing while nostalgic music videos show on the multiple overhead screens.  The begins changing at 8 to suit the tastes of the club's younger clientele.
